About Gary Ohama video presentation
Now "retired," Gary Ohama has spent a lifetime training in various sports, martial arts, leadership, and business roles.
35 years of extensive study of gifted movement training and its bio-dynamics and metaphysics began when his daughter began gymnastic training. The interest continued as he became an Aikido martial art instructor known for his high level of instruction. Many high ranking people in other arts trained with him; and he had the fortune of being personally mentored by masters. (A comment by one world renowned master was that Gary's precise, powerful, quick movements were thought to have been "lost.") This focus on a contribution of mentorship is being passed on as many people in a wide range of endeavors have been, and continue to be personally mentored by him. Sharing in leadership, the arts and performing arts, equestrian, as well as athletic endeavors illustrate that the study of broad based fundamentals of human pursuits that are applicable to all.

An Outstanding Alumni Award from Pennsylvania State University and several categories of listings in "Who's Who of America" have been received. Back in the day, lectures at the International Congress of Dental Technology received record numbers of international attendance.
Currently a re-discovery of Full Body Oxygenation and Oxygenated Core processes related to breath rhythm dynamics has drastically improved physical performance in every aspect of human endeavor. Not only sports/athletics, but dance, performing arts, creative arts, equestrian, and all other pursuits. Of note is metaphysical properties so oneness and being in the zone are interrelated.
