"Help! I Can't Dance" Video teaches how to move the feet when they feel like "concrete."
This a basic course on how to get the body moving with flexibility. Then dance lessons, or other activities can be pursued.
When "muscle movements" are not responding, the natural "inhale expansion movements" (typical of the "startle response") can be trained to create specific types of footwork and body movement. Of note is that results can be immediate via this method of instruction.
Flexibility exercises are also presented which coordinate with the "expansive energy" of the footwork to create flexible body motions. Complete flexibility of the entire body is achieved.
