Linear, Turning, and Connecting Movements
(Included in Performance Package 1)
The Linear and Pivoting Movements Video includes both bio-dynamics and metaphysics of movement that are enhanced by the Full Body Oxygenation. This is a study of the nuances of movement that create more power, longer strides, and speed of connected movements; Propulsion. Quicker reaction times and getting into the zone are part of the oneness elements. Bio-dynamics combine with more oxygenation for more power and endurance. Of note is that the safety of the knee is enhanced by these techniques.
For the typical person, this information will greatly improve performance immediately as the bio-dynamics are acquired. Personal enjoyment increases as new dimensions of both performance, and understanding are obtained.
The advanced athlete or performing artist will learn some additional nuances to add to their technique. Split second advantages will be obtained; a competitive edge. If you are doing the same things as everyone else; you will not rise above the crowd.
Maximum gain is because of the emphasis is placed on developing movements done on the inhale half of the breath cycle. When complimenting the exhale half of the breath cycle, huge performance potential is obtained.
Simultaneous inhale created motion and inhale oxygenation oxygenates as the body as it is working. More endurance results as the oxygen is not used up. Also a secondary motion begins with a fully oxygenated body. More power is also created when the body oxygenates as it is working. The oxygenated core is one example where a secondary power application, whether inhale or exhale, is off of a fully charged, hardened, oxygenated core. Conditioning the inhale increases the exhale.
The unweighting inhale effects assist in creating quicker and longer movement. Less impact is placed on the knee and hip joints. (A one pound reduction in stress per step is about a ton of impact per mile.)
To complement the rapid movement is a knee first triggering of motion that creates knee safety by taking forces off of the knee. This movement also accelerates the body for speed and extra length of stride. Rotational forces on the knee are also reduced. Complimented by the unweighting effects of an inhale, the faster the movement the greater the safety.
Balance and a vertical axis are also created. This allows for a smooth and instant transition into the next motion. Connected movements are directed by focus for additional speed and balance.
In pivoting movements the knee first movement brings the body into the axis of rotation so acceleration and energy are produced.
Visualization techniques and creating vertical axis by visualization allows movement from off balanced or extremely extended positions to occur. A 180 degree change of direction is illustrated.
Follow through effects and manipulations are presented both physically and meta-physically.
Grounding and unweighting bio-dynamics produce two different types of energy. Picking and choosing which set of bio-dynamics to use allows custom tailoring of the energy package to specific needs.
Energy and explosive power application while in motion are one of the options. So is adjusting for greater endurance and speed vs. grounding and exhaled power applications.
Continuity in motions can be seamless. So is power generation via accessing the use of an imaginary vertical axis of rotation.
The Turning, Continuous Movements Video continues with the bio-dynamics and metaphysics of performance.
( Included in Performance Package 1)
Quick balanced turning movements are also knee first driven. The vertical axis is moved depending on the direction, length of step, or next motion. The creation of a vertical axis via visualization is also presented to emphasize the acceleration and ability to create energy for powerful movements from extremely awkward or unbalanced positions.
With these applications, creative situations are unlimited. Accelerations of objects, hands, or feet via the knee cranking of the knee first creates force to be applied whether in sport objects held or martial arts. This is “force equals mass times acceleration” of physics.
The ability to smoothly and seamlessly connect movements increases all performance factors, including esthetics. Even the slightest amount of start/stop disrupts continuity and disrupts energy flow.
Use of proper knee movements produce continuity of body motion. Adding focus increases it even more.
Triggering of connected movements can also be knee or focus driven for quicker reflexes and body reaction time. Of note is that the inhale triggered motion simultaneously creates the movement.
Of note: For competition applications, understanding and being able to perform with balanced movements creates the ability to know when an opponent is off-balance or in a position where they are unable to move quickly. This is a competitive advantage, especially in fakes, feints, and misdirections. Advanced techniques of leading opponents energy or body mass are also possible (included in Performance Package 2.)
