Propulsion: The Synergy of the Applied Dynamics of Performance.
(The holistic result of Performance Package 1.)
Propulsion includes the up-weighted push from behind effect that produces body acceleration.
Utilizes both exhale and inhale bio-dynamics.
The characteristic up-weighted effect is visibly noticeable;and indicative of inhale expansion generated movement.
Force equals Mass x Acceleration. Propulsion's increased acceleration multiplies physical performance/power.
Propulsion's combined metaphysical synergy includes focus and oneness.
Parkour, Elite dancers, athletes, and figure skaters are a common example.
In nature, Cheetahs accelerate to 60 mph. in 3 strides.
Propulsion is a major component in horse motion; and produces the beautiful motion and performance.
(The current return to these aspects of training appears to be responsible for the huge performance gains in the recent Olympics and other competition activity. The "modern" shift to group cohesion/popularity/sport/warm-ups had neglected the individual oxygenation breathing core training/development/conditioning. Throughout the world, ancient art/performing art/martial art/religion have used oxygenation/breath training as a foundation. It produces the competitive edge to survival.)
(The "full bodied oxygenated core" exercise regimen produces the dynamics of propulsion.

Note the cheetah's: 1. Long, relaxed, muscular expansion stride. (No tension of muscular contraction's opposing movement.)
2. Focus forward. Oneness synergy interaction with environment.
3. Linear, sine wave energy from behind hips and forward through body.
4. Up-weighted motion and body mass (created by full body oxygenation inhale muscle expansion.)
5. Metaphysical inhale muscle expansion for motion dynamics.
* More fluidity.
* More acceleration.
* More power. Force equals mass times acceleration.

Propulsion occurs because the entire body is functioning as a unit. This includes physical bio-dynamics; inhale and exhale breath dynamics; focus; sine wave energy flow; linear and rotational energy creation; and vertical axis.
Selective acceleration of various body parts and joints contribute to acceleration. It must be remembered that: Force = Mass x Acceleration. Force/Mass = Acceleration (Up-weighting reduces "Mass.") |
Components of Propulsion:
* Forward and rotational hip/shoulder displacement creates immediate, long, body mass Acceleration.
The high speed Acceleration multiplies Force/Power.
* Instant energy/power: Force = Mass x Acceleration or
Acceleration equals Force divided by Mass.
* An inhale oxygenation "Up-Weighting Effect" on body mass therefore
increases acceleration/stride/agility.
* Metaphysically attaching to a "sine wave of forward energy" adds other dimensions of energy to movement and motions.
* Breathing dynamics utilize unique inhale and exhale power creation.
* Inhale expansion muscle use.
* Inhale up-weighting for speed and agility.
* Inhale transfer of visualized and creative energy.
* A metaphysical "Push from Behind Effect" is transferred specifically to the hips.
* Focus and Visualized Energy flows add dynamic synergy.
* Maximized performance synergy of body/mind/spirit.
* Naturally creates the vertical axis, including visualized.
* Includes a state of being in "oneness", and use of "focus."
examples:
* Performing on a surface, as opposed to being at "one" with the surface.
* Using an implement, as opposed to being "one" with the implement/equipment.
* Being the endeavor/game/performance; not playing it.
* Placing one's life energy/creativity into the performance/production.

"Performance Package 1" is a complete training on linear and circular movements, developing a full body oxygenated core and movement via inhale expansion; developing a working state of oneness; flexibility and joint mobility; re-framing adverse incidents into some that are more forgiving.
Propulsion is in the realm of the inhale expansion muscle movement of the inner muscles.
Outer body muscles used in typical muscle contraction motion. Visible muscle contraction when in use.
Inner body muscles used in inhale expansion motion and energy creation. (There is not much visible muscle contraction in the movements.)

Linear Wave Energy is part of the synergy that creates "Propulsion."
Of note is the effortless nature of the motion, including the creation of power and speed. Force equals Mass times Acceleration so the instantaneous acceleration contributes to the energy created. Of note is the up-weighting effect of linear energy/propulsion which also contributes to the spped of acceleration. Interesting is the up-weighting effects are transferred to objects manipulated. Also increasing their speed of motion. Their is an energy wave which precedes the motion; visible in the photos of the punching bag. |
