Fulfilling the dream of entering the Youth World TaeKwon-Do Championships

​The story of Performance Coach volunteering to fulfill the dreams of 12 and 14 year old Ana and Jeremy Bottinger to enter the
World TaeKwon-Do Championships.
A year and a half later, we were there.

Most important was showing that we belong in this elite category.

Most likely the youngest competitor, Ana illustrated that she belonged there. Also, no fear and respect was one of the trademarks of their presence.

A glimpse into the factors used to analyze competition, and determine what direction the competition was headed for the next tournament.

Going deeper into the fundamentals and expanding the dimensions of bio-dynamics was the path we took.
